What is Support+?
“Support Plus” is an opt-in service that covers everything you need from troubleshooting, updating, and consultation.

Very often we get requests for minor updates and changes, or clients call with questions and need our expertise for fast answers so they can move back to running their business.

Having access to highly trained technicians and consultants on demand with phone and email support is awesome! We want to be able to provide you the support you need, when you need it.

How does it work?
When you have a Support+ account with us, you can call or email to get in touch with an experienced technician within 1 business day (most often same-day). The technician will respond and immediately begin working your issue and notify you when it’s resolved.

What is billed under this service?
Unplanned activities like additional consultations, requests too small to be a work order, maintenance requests, fixes, and once-off requests to handle what you need.

When do I get billed?
At the end of each month, you’re billed only for the time you’ve used, up to your cap.

Can I set a limit?
Yep! In fact, we require a limit. Limits are in increments of $200/hr, or you can choose ‘No Limit’ to avoid any stoppage on support services each month.

What if I go over my cap and need more help?
You can choose to add more time to your account at any time for one month – or update your cap if you need more regular service.

How do I get started?
First, you need to fill out our form to indicate that you approve the service, and set your cap (limit on billable hours).
